Pretty chill interview, they asked me about my experience with kids/teaching. They also give scenario based questions. They don’t dive too much into anything technical but rather ask about your experience for certain courses they are teaching.
You will typically start with interviewing as a regular instructor. If the RM deems you a good leader in the interview, you will get the chance to interview as a Lead Instructor. From there, the process is the same as a regular instructor, you will just be asked more management questions.

You learn that some of your instructors have brough alcohol on campus. It is their night off, however, they are drinking it in the dorms in their own rooms. How would you respond?

Interview
Pretty standard, but on the longer side. Lots of various behaviors questions on teaching methods and dealing with youth. Technical questions too, but pretty standard knowledge based. I told them that I didn't know the answer to a question because transparently I hadn't coded in that language since High School, and they were very kind and thankful for my honestly.
