      Member Of Technical Staff Interview

      2 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      San Jose, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iCelero (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2013

      Interview

There were approximately 10 rounds lasting 9 1/2 hours. A few of them were telephonic and the others were personal. I was interviewed by everyone from my colleagues to the directors of the company. They didn't waste time with random puzzles - instead it was mostly about hypothetical situations one would encounter and the strategy for dealing with them.
