The hiring process seems to be broken at the organisation, given the hiring team cannot decide on what specific requirements they need to hire for. They started off with detailed hands on assignments/exercises on the product on the organisation’s Sandbox tenant, followed by architectural questions which were answered in detail. The feedback was that everything was good and they wanted to close things off soon. However after a 1.5 months of radio silence n follow up, was informed that some internal candidate was hired from their back office. So would recommend folks to be very cognisant of their time and effort interviewing for this organisation. It seemed to me
that these guys just wanted to collect information regarding the implementation of the solution by interviewing candidates and then use that data to navigate the client project accordingly (a very common unscrupulous practice followed by some organisations off late).
