I was called by the Recruitment Manager to schedule an interview with the CEO. During the interview, the CEO was friendly and casual. He did more of behavioral interview with me. The next phase was interview with the owners. They asked me about my experiences in the past especially opening new restaurants. They asked me about my special skills and my leadership style. After that, I was sent an offer letter for the position I was applying for.
