Interview
We had a first HR interview, then a set of interviews with Product Managers, developers, and the Head of Backend Engineering.
There was one exercise before the technical interview which consisted of a coding project to do at home and send back to them later.

Question 1
Mostly, they ask you about concepts of Java programming, like how to protect a set of transactions that need to happen together and fail gracefully otherwise (no incomplete operation).
They also ask you about your implementation, why not this or that alternative, etc.
