First round of interviews went smooth. Had a second interview scheduled with HR and another rep from the company which was abruptly cancelled the day of, and I never heard anything back about rescheduling.

They asked general questions about my fit with the company and long-term goals
Interview process was definitely lackluster. I expected better of Gbg. I did a video interview, so HR was interviewing me from their bed. That wasn’t the worst part, though. The kicker was when they told me that they already hired someone internal for the position, but still wanted to interview for future opportunities. Had I known this, I would’ve politely declined the interview. Job seekers want transparency when choosing companies and Gbg dropped the ball on this one. Waiting till the day of the interview shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for one’s time.
