It was quick and easy. I felt like I was talking to a friend. As long as you have knowledge about clothes and customer service then you should be fine.
I was contacted for a phone interview with the store manager that lasted about 30 minutes. After the interview, I was invited to the store to create three looks using the available clothing and accessories based on specific scenarios. This in-store process took an hour. However, two weeks have passed since then, and I haven't received any updates from the company.

Meet with the manager of the store and talk about 30 minutes. Not very high pressure and a pretty easy interview process. You go over your resume and get a feel if it would be a good fit.
