1. Practical test - given requirements of 10 lines, took 8 hrs to complete, created 10+ plus UI screens, allowed to work from home without any strict timing.
2. Technical round (45mins - 1 hour): Intro, basics questions- explain design process, why u want to chnage the job, what you know about us, the more you try to explain more you will get into trouble, be confident, genuine and honest.
3. CEO face to face round: intro round, why UX, what else you do except designing, any difficult you have faced in ur previous company- what are those , how you tackle, what you did after that..and do you have some positive impression on someone rather than your parent, if yes , then how and what positivity things you have created on them.
