Interview
Step 0: Initial call with the HR.
Step 1: Take home assignment.
Step 2: In person interview , around 1.5 to 2 hours.
I had the offer, but the HR low balled me, despite me being very clear from the start of the process what my minimum salary expectation was. I think they wasted my time.
