Phone interview included behavioural and few technical questions related to the position. I talked to the recruiter for about 15 minutes. It took approximately two weeks to get the onsite interview. The in-person interview took two hours, one with the team and the other with VP. Interview was quite relaxing. The questions were standard (i.e. tell us about yourself, education, previous experience, etc.) and they were honest about my questions about the company. They wanted to know about what kind of person I was, which I really appreciated. Questions from the VP overlapped a bit with the team for the same reason, but his were more focused on situational questions (i.e. in certain situation, how would you act to solve the problem?). I did not make it to the final round which was case study presentation and I was told of the reason as well. Overall I had a really good experience because I felt appreciated as a candidate. The recruiter promptly followed up if there was any update or my request for an update. She took less than one day to answer my e-mails and honestly communicated with me about the whole process. It was impressive to me because I never had that kind of experience with HR departments in other companies (most of the times they chose not to even answer my e-mails). I will definitely try applying again in the future.
