Apply online then get invited to assessment day. Loads of you and loads of waiting around. Sat on tables after presentation and have to work as a team then They send some home and some stay. If you stay you then do a 121 with customer focused questions. Then they offer you a contract or they don’t.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
