I had an initial call scheduled with HR. However, HR did not call me at the agreed time and day, so I had to ask to reschedule the call. After the rescheduled call, I moved on to another stage, which involved a call with a lead analyst. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Despite my efforts to chase and ask for feedback via email, my emails were not returned.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet in Jul 2023
Interview
A very time consuming process that expects a lot from the applicants. The brief for each assessment was a page long and the second assessment was unnecessary. 3 interviews spread over 6 weeks with the final outcome after 8 weeks. Interview 1 (30 mins): Introductory chat Interview 2 (2 hours): assessment split into 2 and completed prior to call. One part building a dashboard and one doing some analysis. Present both in interview. Interview 3 (90 mins): another assessment to be completed prior to the call. It was a scenario based assessment. Then present during the interview.

Question 1
How would you make sure you results are statistically significant?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England) in May 2022
Interview
1st round was to just have a chat about past experiences, why I want to join easyJet, and what I'm looking to get from the role. 2nd round was a task - had to analyse data in Excel and then present it in PPT. Friendly interviewers and wasn't a stressful experience.
