Although quite tiring, the interview process was thorough, engaging and challenging. A case study, a face to face structured interview, a tour of the site and laboratories, a lunch with the team. The interview was conducted by 3 people, and they looked for examples of experience. Where experience could not be provided, they looked for initiative of the individual to have done prior research into the industry and role and to think well on the spot and give considered answers.
