eXalt Solutions interview questions

The first interview was a monologue (and the person had forgotten about the interview, I had to call to remind him). By the second meeting, it was still unclear what they were selling, and I had yet to talk about my professional experiences. The CEO asked me uncomfortable questions regarding my personal life choices and tied to intimidate me with this "workaholic" mindset. He was very condescending. Of course, they said they would call me the next day to give me feedback, but I guess forgot (again). I didn't hear from them until 2 weeks after.
