The interview consisted of 3 phases : an HR Phone screen, a technical phone screen, and an in-person interview. The screening process was typical of the industry, and the questions were not needlessly complex - specific, but open ended enough to allow the interviewee a chance to convey they understand the topic being asked.
The on-site interview was again fairly standard for the industry. The first couple of hours, you are coding - some typical puzzle programming, and a more practical exercise. Throughout the process, you have a chance to defend your code, and answer questions from a panel of future potential team mates, leaders and peers.
After the coding portions of the interview were complete, you have an opportunity to meet with HR, and discuss the company's culture, which I have come to find to be one best selling points of eVestment.
All in all, it was a seamless, professional process, and I would recommend others to give it a try if given the opportunity.
