The interview process was thoughtful, friendly, and well-organized. There was a recruiter screen, a few 1:1s, and an on-site. I'm sure it may vary a little based on the role.

Question 1
They asked knowledgable questions regarding the role I was applying for, there was a mix of formal and informal interviews, which felt very appropriate depending on how my role interacted with the interviewers role. It was very important to them that I was open and happy to be on-site on a hybrid basis.
