Two interviews, management and staff over a period of two weeks. Each session lasted approximately on hour and were pretty casual with the exception of one manager who was pretty uptight.

Went through several rounds of interviews with existing employees. The main purpose of their interview process was to identify skills for the job, which include some degree of technical aptitude to communicate through technical challenges, business acumen to understand how technical aspects of their technology support their business process, and sales capability to close on renewal and up-sell business.
