It took me 5 rounds to reach to the HR round and in HR round while I was discussing the salary the higher authority came and discussed something with Hr. The HR later told me to have a conversation with higher authority. And it was not a conversation they scheduled a 6th round of interview then and there without informing me in prior and in that round the authority asked me about certain tools that I am not used to and while I was answering the questions, he kept looking at his phone as if he has decided not to take me further. They should not schedule a round of interview in between a salary discussing first of all. And secondly, If those tools were really important for the profile then why did not they have mentioned in JD itself ? Why have they wasted my time and energy for conducting 5 rounds of interview??
