written test are very easy to clear and face-to-face are a bit more easier. basics of ASP.NET like gridview, web config question mostly the ask.

Face to face to round . Eclerx is in old technology like asp.net n all ..they ask me all angualr questions in interview mvx interview just because i am having experience in it .. and at the end they are saying they are not in this updated technology ...
Look into resume before scheduling and don't make timepass by calling for face to face .
Persons who taking interview are oversmart in old technology and showing their attitudes in aroli branch.
Update first technology and then call for interview.
