Don't expect any response from HR if you aren't being selected. I literally need to write a below email to eClerx HR department and !! " Being a responsible recruiter of a such known organization, please have some decency to respond back to the candidate whom you guys are interviewing. After the interview, every candidate has the right to know their candidature/results so that they can improve on their weak areas and prepare themselves accordingly if incase they hasn't the crack the interview" I wish eClerx HR department to be more pro-active and supporting in nature with respect to interview process.

There are three steps in the process. Group Discussion, HR Interview followed by the technical interview. The last step is the longest. You need to know a little bit about finance and also people management.
