Absolutely ridiculous number of stages for a contract role. 1. Phone interview (not a screening call) 2. Live SQL test 3. Business case questions 4. Presentation 5. Video interview with a project manager 6. Video interview with a project director 7. Final stage interview with director (at this stage I took an another offer elsewhere) Unnecessary and total waste of time.
