Multiple rounds of interviews - I think the final total for me was six, but they offered me a different job partway through so I basically did three rounds per position. The questions were largely standard, not a ton of difficulty, but doing so many rounds of interviews was draining.

Why are you making such a career switch at this point in your life?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at e.Republic in Aug 2023
Interview
3 steps and they will ghost you at any step along the way. The company has a really strange interview process and the director of HR has her head up in the clouds and explains a lot about the companies growth or lack there of.

Question 1
Honestly one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve had. The director of HR is really something else and has never been a part of a RIF before. Out of touch and a reason for why the company is always going to be second fiddle. Two interviews and they won’t even send you a rejection - spend your time elsewhere don’t waste a minute here.
My interview was a great experience. The interviewers were genuinely interested in my goals and career ambitions. They were receptive to my questions and feedback and were very transparent about their expectations.
