Interview
Theres an online test, followed by a phone screen, then an on-site Hackathon where you code as if you are working there for a week. You try to solve a real problem/push a feature, and they judge you on what you can accomplish. There is no white-boarding or pure technical question portion, it's all practical, i.e. as close to the day-to-day working experience as possible.

Applied online and the process takes about 2 month, people there are very nice. But the onsite project is time-consuming and very likely you will spent 10 days developing a web app without offer.
