The interview process began with an interview with the CFO. Joe Cary is one of the most down to earth people I have met and I very much enjoyed my interview with him. Keeping a good conversation was effortless with him so no need to be nervous. The next round was meeting with the entire team and they all are great people, not a bad environment. I think that they really wanted to get to know me as a person rather than learn how qualified I am for the role, which was a very big indicator that the company is good with their character and workplace environment. Everyone is very professional and were extremely great to meet! As long as you have nothing to hide, and you are motivated and determined to learn!!!!, it is a great place for you.
