The process involved a total of 4 calls with different people and ended up not even getting an answer. The people seemed kind and also the company seems very promising but overall it was - unfortunately- a waste of time

I applied online and promptly received an email stating, "we are excited to move forward with the interview process, to help us schedule your interview, please provide your availability." I responded with my availability the same day. However, after waiting for over 10 days without any further communication, I finally received an email stating, "unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed..." I find it concerning to have been asked for my availability only to receive a rejection email after an extended period of silence. This experience suggests a lack of consideration for candidates' time and effort. I hope you will reflect on this and consider improving your hiring strategy to ensure clear and respectful communication with all candidates.
