The HR representative was very pleasant. However, she read directly from a script. She did not know the details of the position. She was unable to answer my questions. She asked me what are my salary expectations. After replying, she said my salary expectations were too high and I would not be a good fit for the company. I simply stated what I was currently making, which is 10K less per year than my competitors. She told me the company was looking for someone in the beginning stages of their career; despite the job description requring experience.
