We are actively reviewing our assignment procedures to optimize candidate time utilization. Furthermore, we assure you that we are dedicated to promptly addressing any questions candidates may have during the assignment process. In cases where the assignment requirements necessitate additional time, we ensure that this is communicated clearly.
Communication: We offer our heartfelt apologies for any lapses in our communication. We understand the critical importance of providing timely and constructive feedback to all candidates. Unfortunately, during the period in question, both of our recruiters were facing health challenges, which regrettably led to delays in providing feedback. Nevertheless, we have taken steps to arrange technical interviews to prevent further delays. In addition, we are in the process of expanding our recruitment team to mitigate such delays in responses.
Interviewer's Skillset: We deeply regret that you found the interviewer's skills did not align with your expectations. It is important to note that we have a variety of projects in progress, and some of these projects are undergoing transitions to new technologies. Consequently, it is imperative that candidates possess the skillset necessary for the specific job role, a requirement that is also explicitly outlined in the job description.
