Was contacted via LinkedIn to schedule a phone call. During the phone call they asked for my general work experience and scheduled a Pre-Screen Interview. During the Pre-Screen I was asked more details regarding my work experience and general recruiting questions such as big challenges on projects and my Salary Expectations (They did not disclose the salary budget) then scheduled a technical interview for me. The recruiter was incredibly nice and transparent, but when I joined the technical interview, the Technical Interviewer did not join ever so I was told by the manager (after 30 minutes) that I would be contacted to reschedule. I received a different Job Offer before they even contacted me again for rescheduling.
