in hr round, I was asked classic why this company, why this position questions. For behaviroal I was asked 'tell me a time when you had a conflict with one of the team members'. We went over my cv and it was all good. Then 2 weeks later, they said they decided to move with other candidates

the first interview was good, but for the second one they asked me about my resume and everything was good, the interviewer acted in a way that impressed and wanted to continue then after 2 weeks they rejected me, without any feedback or any response to my inquiry for the feedback. rejection is a part of the interview, but the way that they made you hopeful, then they rejected and gave no feed back after investing about 2 hours of your time for the interview is not professional.
