I was approached on LinkedIn by the Talent Lead regarding a Talent Partner opportunity. I was clear from the initial conversation about my salary expectations and career vision, and 4 months and multiple interviews with him and one of the co-founders, calls and texts about two potential opportunities and how keen they were for me to start (even got to a verbal offer at one point) they have ghosted me. The candidate experience initially was brilliant, but it seems all efforts have deteriorated.
