I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at bp (London, England)
Interview
Initially had to complete an online application and about a month later a situational judgement test. After that I was sent a maths and verbal reasoning test, about 1 week later I was invited for a 1 to 1 interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why BP?
What do you know about BP?
These were the first 2 questions. I was then asked multiple questions about 4 of BP's 5 values and was asked to give scenarios in which I demonstrated each of them. I was finally asked if I had any questions for the interviewer.
The whole interview lasted about an hour and I'm told to expect a response around March time.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at bp (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Good and through, felt like the whole process was well lead out and explained. Interviewer seemed experienced. There was also feed back giving after the final stage which i also found helpful
It was the final stage of my BP Scholarship application: a one-to-one competency interview held on my university campus. Nearly all questions were concentrated on the core BP values and wanted me to describe and explain situations/examples where I had done something specific.
The atmosphere was rather relaxed. I assumed a formal dress code, so I wore a suit. The interview took about an hour.
