Full package interview process starting with video recording, then psychometric testing, then the final stage was a group interview with the final candidates with activities and case studies to work through which took half a day.

Interview
It was tough, wide-ranging, and suitable for one of the country's best grad schemes. It is well paid, and highly competitive. I would recommend to all. There was three stages, and the assessors vary each time. They are hard but fair.
