Interview
Very long process with minimal to no communication from BP. The lack of communication was really disappointing to experience. I had to personally follow up via email and phone to enquire about process. Disappointing from such a large organization.

This can be effective at times but does limit your ability as a candidate to communicate your role generally or to build a personal relationship with interviewers.
