Interview
Went through a recruiter but overall experience was very direct (2 weeks total). It was a contract role so that may make a difference. The interview consisted of STAR question format and was predictable questions. The LCM team I met were lovely and everyone was down to earth and friendly. Great experience overall and sounded like a genuinely good company to work for.

I had two interviews - phone call with HR and the second with the Dept Manager. The third round would be with the Head of Regulatory. I got another offer after the second round so I didn't move forward with this company.
