Incredibly poor experience of the recruitment process by senior TA leadership that should know better about providing a first-class candidate experience. If the senior leadership in TA can't get it right, how can their direct reports deliver objective and inclusive recruitment experience for opportunities across the business? This does not bode well the growth of the business.
