After 3 weeks of interview process i being offered a position with a lower salary, we reached an agreement over a call, and they ask me to submit application documents.
I promptly submitted the required documents for the contract. Suddenly, they stopped responding to emails
And when I call manager after a week, they informed me that they outsourced their projects and decided not to hire me.
It's frustrating and disrespectful that they wasted my time with multiple interviews and commitments, and they are not even replying to my emails.
