Interview
You have to first pass through a telephone interview. This is followed by 2 online quizzes. One is to simulate a call centre environment and test how you would handle it. The other is more like a personality assessment If you pass that test, you will then be shortlisted for a face to face interview with one of the managers. Following the interview, I had a chance to talk to one of the staff and get to know more about the job.

Overall easy and structured. You’re told what to expect beforehand; though, the recorded questions I got were somewhat unexpected. When you get to the interview stage they tell you that they want you to use the STAR method in your behavioural answers
