      I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at audibene (Berlin) in Jun 2017

      1. HR interview. 2. Tech interview (basically about knowing buzzwords like React, GraphQL etc) with one of the Senior Engineers. 3. Interview with CTO and Project Lead. Company is quite new and rapidly growing and has lots of interesting stuff to do. Also less bureaucracy in trems of technologies. Things might be not fully settled down, therefore feels messy. The CTO has his own vision of Scrum development (like no need of Team Leads, picky about testing) and probably didn't like my point that Scrum might differ from team to team/company to company. The interview felt intence and was more about if my experience aligns with CTO's point of view. The thing about "we don't have a Team Lead" from the CTO, although on tech interview I was told by Senior Engineer "As I have more years of experience, then you have to listen to me". And then I had an interview with Project Lead, who just told me general stuff about the company and then basically kicked me off. The official reason for rejection: not senior enough. Probably they just didn't like me personally.

      Es waren insgesamt drei Vorstellungsgespräche. Beim ersten mit dem PeopleTeam und danach zwei weiteren technische Gespräche. Erstmal haben sie mich über Audibene und die entsprechende Stelle erklärt. Danach ging es darum wer ich bin und wo meine stärken sind. Ich sollte konkrete Beispiele über Projekte wo ich Mitgewirkt hatte und was ich genau dazu beitragen konnte. Ein paar Tage später habe ich mit einem Senior Entwickler gesprochen. Tolles Gespräch über was mich motiviert beim Entwickeln, wie und was ich lerne und was meine professionelle Ziele für die kommenden Jahre sind. Noch ein paar Tage später war ich vor Ort im Büro für ein technisches Vorstellungsgespräch. Besser kann man meiner Meinung sowas nicht machen :) Der Interviewer hat von Anfang an gesagt er wolle nur meine Stärken wissen, und nach jeder korrekten Antwort hat er diesbezüglich weiteren Fragen gestellt. Wenn ich etwas nicht wusste, hat er mir kurz angedeutet was es war und hat die Atmosphäre recht entspannt gelassen.
