Good process. Very standardized questions from the internal recruiter and the management team I work for. If you have a personality, have done sales, and have no felonies you are a shoe-in as there is significant turnover at ICE. One thing I didn't care for was that the internal recruiter I worked really over sold the how much money you can make. It was inferred 6 figures if good. I'm certain that less than 1% of those in a sales/production role at ICE make more than 70K annually. I was promised a "signing bonus" of around 3K on the front end only to learn later that this bonus is contingent on exceeding certain sales revenues in the first few weeks of employment. Not a problem. Just wasn't communicated honestly as it should not be called a signing bonus.
