Interview
I first had a phone call with talent acquisitions. It was low pressure and she was so nice and informative. The second interview was with two guys in senior levels of my position. They were nice but asked me the same question over and over. Basically why I want to work there and how I handle criticism. They offered to fly me out for a third interview but I told them no thank you because of other reviews I read of their company. It just didn’t seem like a great fit for me and was too client facing.

Interview
Applied online through school job board site. A couple weeks later I went to school job fair, where I met with the recruiter. She offered to schedule a phone interview for the following week.
Phone interview was mostly simple (behavioral) questions. The focus was on my qualifications (based on my resume), knowledge of the company, and interest in the position. By the end, I was notified that I would advance to the next round, the Project Associate Recruitment Event at the HQ in Houston.
The event began in the hotel in the afternoon. I met with about 30 other candidates for the position; it was a kind of mixer style. We were told we were not necessarily competing with each other because the company could hypothetically give us all offers. After we shuttled to the HQ, where we waited in the lobby for a while before going up to the offices.
After a short info-session on the company, we had another mixer with actual employees of different roles. We were to ask important questions and gain a better understanding of the company. As we spoke to different employees, candidates were pulled out of the room at random intervals to conduct interviews. No case studies or technical questions. The interviews were on average 2:1 and largely behavioral questions again- not difficult.
We were expected to hear back about a week or two after the event. Early in the following week, I received a call from the recruiter asking for feedback about the event. She then informed me that she would be following up with me about "next steps" by the end of the week. Those "next steps" were actually a rejection, not an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Walk me through your resume. Why consulting? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Interview
Two Interviews - Everyone at the company were very personable. It was more so a conversation rather than a question by question interview. It felt more like they advertising the role to me rather than me proving why i would be a good fit.
