airberlin technik interview questions

Switched three buses to get to the spot. Very very shabby building and remote from city center. Only two buses go there. Three interviewers from the team. No notification beforehand about the format of the interview, which is very unprofessional and annoying. The contact person on the interview invitation wasn't even attending the interview, weirdest thing ever! It turned out to be a case study, with a graph awfully designed and difficult to understand. Then some behavioral interviews from each interviewer. I honestly think they didn't read my resume before the interviewer because the questions are very random. One guy made me very uncomfortable and really not showed enough respect for interviewees. Then at last came with a numerical test, not difficult ones. But numerical test in the end??!! They made me travel for eight straight hours to Berlin for some questions that can definitely be answered in a phone interview and through an online assessment. I indeed think there is a reason for this company to make a loss during several consecutive years. Just not professional and never acting as a potential employer. I can imagine the way they are gonna treat passengers who fly with them.
