Interview
Sent in resume after finding opportunity on indeed & linkedin jobs, took several days to hear a response but once I did I had a date - time scheduled for a skills test. took the test and have to pass with a 75% or better and then was offered a job. The job offer stated that I just had to complete training for two weeks and would be bumped up to a post-training salary which never happened. The false promise of a raise becomes a fable moving target with new metrics introduced every time that I would bring up the fact that my raise was never provided.

How do you deal with angry clients, customers or travelers
It was very positive and very comfortable. It did not feel like it was an interview. There were 2 interviews with Management . They were very good, trusted your experience and seemed as excited as I was. I believe that is all I care to share on this subject.
Comfortable - At ease - Had to take skills assessment - Not too hard. redundant though
Asked about history of unhappy travelers. Asked if you have ever gone above &b beyond & if so, please explain
