I applied online. I interviewed at adnymics in Sept 2020
Interview
The whole interview process seems to be designed for the interviewers to pat themselves on the back for being so smart. Apparently sending 48-hour tasks before even having a phone call with the applicant is the new norm. The company shows no respect for the applicant's time, and one can imagine they treat the employees in a similar fashion.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adnymics in Aug 2020
Interview
Whole process started with a challenge, after successfully completing the challenge I was invited to meet with the team and asked several technical questions, and the last interview was with the Co-founder, it was more a cultural interview than a technical one, it was impressive they really internalised the idea of having a two way interview, so they were not only questioning me also trying to show their culture so I can decide by myself.

Question 1
In which way do you think you will be able to make an impact in the company?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at adnymics (Munich, Bavaria) in Feb 2018
Interview
Phone screen with HR and a tech guy for about 30-60min
Then invitation for onsite interview, which includes:
Interview with two software engineer
Solve some programming challenge
Join their scrum meeting
Team lunch
Another interview to meet the whole development team including CTO
Some casual talk with product related staff
And in total lasts about 7 hours.
Then 1 week later skype with CEO
In general team members are all very nice, and everything is on time with no postpone or anything. A bit complain is that salary non-negotiable, and onsite is too long, basically they are inviting you to work with them for a whole day, while the problem is not challenging enough to differentiate good and excellent candidates.
