Fairly easy, they just wanted to know if you knew anything about the company's services. If you have relevant sales experience or if you speak Chinese its a plus. The CEO may ask you specific questions about SEO, just do research before the interview.

Referred by an employee, submitted my resume and received a phone interview from the manager about 2 weeks later, mostly introduce yourself and some strategy questions regarding digital marketing. The manager also asked about past experiences and relevant skills to the position.
