I applied online. I interviewed at accesso (Lake Mary, FL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Panel style interview. They put you in a room with 3-4 engineers and go over a take home assignment. They ask you questions about your take home project. Not high pressure interview process. I really like the take home project since it allows me to work creatively without the stress of a whiteboard interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at accesso in Sept 2018
Interview
I spoke with 2 people who very kind and pleasant even when I blundered (I’m not a good interviewee). First phone interview focused mostly on why I was looking for a job and what I was looking for in a job. Some questions were asked about my experience, lasted 20 minutes. I was asked to take a Codility Java assessment so the could get an idea of my programming ability, based on that score you’ll get a 2nd interview. 2nd interview ended up having some C.S. questions and more probing into my experience, lasted 30 min. Didn’t make it any further than that, but they at least had the courtesy to email me within 2 days. Advice: brush up on your OOP terminology.
