The interview was in two parts. First was an initial conversation and competency checks for the role, Then I received a call back for interview 2. The second part included presentation led by interviewee. Interview prep time was really short given expectation, and no compensation for time taken to prep and produce strategic direction for org at interview stage.
First stage interview, was asked about my experience for the role and some questions about the syllabus and my ideas on it. Unfortunately did not relate to my past experience
Straightforward interview with team manager using teams meeting. Questions based on company values and role profile. Looking for personable applicants with good assessment knowledge. Salaries are banded so not much room for manoeuvre.
