The interview was long with basic and advanced question specific to the previous lab experience, about their company. The interviewer also asked about workplace situations like conflicts, work overload and how you managed these problems or any any conflict in previous job.
I got a phone interview from HR after 1 month of my application. The process was smooth with answering some behavioural questions and understanding more about the company and the position. Then I got an online interview with the associate scientist of the team. It was not a good experience at all. I didn't have a chance to introduce myself. He asked me to follow his questions and all he asked were only technical questions of MS, HPLC and other lab techniques. It was just like a final exam. After the interview, I got no further notification from the recruiter.
