I applied online, waited about 2 weeks. A recruiter contacted for availability, phone interview. First, due to my personal issue, we had to reschedule it a week later. I haven't heard back the result, but just wanted to say the rudest recruiter ever I have met so far. I have interviewed at about 20 companies in the last couples of years, but she 's extremely unfriendly. The voice was always high, bossy attitude. The interview was scheduled for 30 mins, but she was asking like in rush. After asking "how are you", then she went right away with a list of questions, no polite words at all, like your daily basis (not "could you tell me about your daily basis of your current work"), your short-term goal, long-term goal. I received the interview guide from the recruiting team before the interview. It's more about behavior questions, but the interview is kind of more technical. I answered generally how to use HPLC and chromatography, then she asked to elaborate. Seems like after I gave more details, she seemed not to get it and felt annoyed.
