Zydus Lifesciences interview questions

It was smooth and professional. However, the role was slightly dissimilar to what was mentioned during the process. Team was supportive during the onboarding and training process following my joining.

Interview process was quick and replies were prompt on the HR part. First stage interview was also timely. Second stage which the president was supposed to take was postponed 3-4 times. Now here comes the difference which explains the plight of Indian R&D vs Global. I have talked with various Global CEOs and directors. What was common in all of them was excellent scientific knowledge, futuristic vision and punctuality. Non reflected in 2nd stage interview which was with probably the president.
