My tip is to research the company as much as you can prior and to learn about the corporate culture because you will be asked about it. If you really want to get this job, you have to be part of that culture.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zurich North America in Dec 2017

      Interview

Was contacted and set up an initial phone interview with HR. This was around 30 minutes and was simply questions about my resume and behavioral type questions. Then had a second phone interview with two actuaries at Zurich. This was around an hour and a half long. The questions were mainly behavioral and focused on talking about myself. The questions were not too technical, just trying to see your thought process.
